The product dimensions are 3 meters by 1.5 meters, with an overall size of 3115×1500×176mm. It is primarily used in scenarios such as Bailey Bridges, cast-in-place beam supports, and assembled gantry cranes. The material of the product is Q355B, which features high load-bearing capacity, excellent interchangeability, and strong adaptability.
The Bailey Panel is welded from upper and lower chord members, vertical members, and diagonal members. The ends of the upper and lower chord members are equipped with male and female connectors, which have pin holes for truss connections. The vertical and diagonal bracing members are made of No. 8 I-beams, while the chord members are composed of two No. 10 channel steels placed back-to-back, enhancing the load-bearing capacity. The lower chord member is welded with multiple steel plates with round holes for connecting reinforced chord members and double-layer trusses. The upper chord member has bolt holes for connecting reinforced chord members and double-layer trusses. The lower chord member is equipped with four transverse beam pads to secure the position of the transverse beams. Bailey Panels can be quickly assembled to form the required length, typically in multiples of 3 meters.
Standardized design: The Bailey plate adopts a unified specification of truss units, usually welded from upper and lower chord members, vertical members, and diagonal members. The ends are equipped with male and female joints and connecting pin holes for quick assembly.
Modular combination: Through the horizontal, vertical, and vertical combination of truss units, bridges or support structures with different spans, widths, and heights can be formed to adapt to complex terrain and engineering requirements.
High strength materials: mainly made of 16Mn steel (low-alloy high-strength steel), with excellent tensile, compressive, and bending properties, ensuring structural safety and reliability.
Lightweight and portable: The single Beret piece has a moderate weight (about 270kg), making it easy for manual handling and mechanical lifting, and suitable for rapid deployment and disassembly.
